Can I order multiple items?
Yes — submit one form per item. If they ship together we'll combine shipping and adjust your quote.
When do I pay?
After you get the quote. We email you a Shopify checkout link with the exact total. Only pay if you're happy with it.
What if it's out of stock?
We'll let you know before you pay. No charge if we can't source it.
How long does it take?
About 2–4 weeks from payment to delivery, depending on the seller.
Why not just use a Taobao agent?
You could spend hours learning translated dashboards, picking confusing shipping options, and managing a virtual warehouse. With us it's one form and zero effort. We handle the Chinese communication and logistics.
What's the catch?
No catch. We already have an established logistics network in China — we're just letting you tap into it for a simple, flat fee.
Heads up: Taobao items vary in quality — we do a basic visual check but can't guarantee the product matches the listing perfectly. Chinese sizing runs small (we recommend sizing up). No returns once ordered from the seller. Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks.
