A Valid DMCA Notice Must Include:

  4. Your contact details (name, mailing address, phone number, and email address).

  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Incomplete notices may not be processed.


What Happens Next

  • Upon receiving a valid notice, CosParty will promptly investigate.

  • If infringement is confirmed, the material will be removed or disabled.

  • We may notify the user or supplier responsible for the content.

  • Repeat infringers may have their access to our services terminated.


Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification at the same contact details. A valid counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts (or your local jurisdiction if outside Estonia).
