Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy
At CosParty, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience for every customer. Please read our shipping, return, and refund policies carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing & Shipping
Processing Time
- 
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is successfully received. 
Shipping Methods & Costs
- 
Multiple shipping methods are available and will be displayed during checkout along with applicable costs. 
- 
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated. 
Shipping Notifications
- 
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow the status of your package. 
Estimated Delivery Times
- 
Europe: 5–10 business days 
- 
USA & Canada: 7–14 business days 
- 
Asia & Australia: 10–20 business days 
- 
Rest of world: 10–25 business days 
We guarantee a maximum delivery time of 30 days. Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier issues, or holidays.
International Shipping
- 
We ship worldwide. However, some destinations or products may be restricted due to legal, regulatory, or logistical reasons. If restrictions apply to your order, we will notify you. 
- 
Customs Duties & Taxes: International shipments may incur duties, VAT, or other fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. 
2. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your cosplay purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your order under the conditions below.
Eligibility
- 
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. 
- 
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories. 
- 
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required. 
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- 
Worn or opened wigs, hosiery, socks, and intimate accessories 
- 
Custom-made or tailored costumes 
- 
Clearance, final sale, or promotional “surprise/mystery” bags 
Return Process
- 
Contact us at cospartyco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 
- 
Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and instructions. 
- 
Ship the item back within 14 days of approval. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product). 
Refunds
- 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. 
- 
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
- 
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 
Exchanges
- 
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To change size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. 
Exceptions
- 
In rare cases where we accept a return of a used or incomplete item, a handling fee of at least 25% of the product price will be deducted from the refund. 
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at cospartyco@gmail.com. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.
