Terms of Service
Welcome to CosParty. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchases with us. By placing an order on www.cospartyco.com you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Placing an Order

By completing an order, the customer enters into a binding commercial agreement with CosParty (PXRVENTURES OÜ, registry code 16542564, VAT EE102494907).

All order confirmations and communication will be conducted via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check it regularly after placing an order.

An automated confirmation email will be sent once an order is placed. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at cospartyco@gmail.com

In the event of product availability issues, import restrictions, or limitations imposed by authorities, CosParty reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

If there is a clear error in product information (e.g., pricing or description), we reserve the right to cancel the order. Errors that are obvious or should have been noticed by the customer may be invoked as a reason for cancellation.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase are legal to import into their country. CosParty bears no responsibility if items are seized or restricted by customs.
2. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are listed in EUR or USD.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include tariffs, duties, taxes, or other import fees. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Products will be sold at the price displayed at the time of the order, regardless of subsequent price changes.

If there is a clear pricing error, CosParty reserves the right to cancel the order, particularly if the error should have been obvious to the customer.
3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once the order is dispatched.

If shipment is delayed more than 7 business days, we will attempt to notify the customer by email.

All items within an order will be shipped together. The delayed availability of one item does not obligate us to ship the remaining items separately.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.

CosParty is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or external factors outside our control.

International shipments may be subject to tariffs, duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Payment

Payments must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout (e.g., major credit cards, PayPal, or other secure payment providers).

Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your cosplay purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Return Window: Customers may return an order (or part of it) within 30 days of delivery.

Prior Approval: All returns require prior approval. Contact cospartyco@gmail.com to request authorization.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition, including original packaging, tags, and manuals.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be securely packaged with all original documents. Unpaid or COD return shipments will not be accepted.

Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened wigs, hosiery, socks, or intimate accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Custom-made costumes

Clearance or final sale items

Subscriptions, surprise bags, or collectible mystery products

Exceptions: In rare cases where we accept the return of a used or incomplete item, a handling fee of at least 25% of the item’s price will be deducted.
6. Warranty

Some products include a warranty, which will be stated on the product’s page.

If no warranty is specified, a standard 6-month warranty applies for electronics and items typically sold with a warranty.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modifications.
-
Repairing or replacing a product under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
7. Liability

CosParty is not liable for damages arising from improper use of products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

We are not responsible for any indirect losses, including delays, customs seizures, or additional costs incurred by the customer.
8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Estonia, where PXRVENTURES OÜ is registered.
-
Any disputes shall be resolved under Estonian jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
