1. Placing an Order

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the current terms and conditions related to ordering and delivery. All communication between the seller and customer will be conducted via email. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly check their email after placing an order. A binding commercial agreement will be established once the customer completes an order. An automated confirmation email will be sent by the system to acknowledge the order. In the event of availability issues, import restrictions, or any limitations imposed by authorities, the seller reserves the right to cancel the purchase and refund any advance payment made by the customer. If there is a clear error in the product information, the seller may invoke the error as a reason for cancellation, especially if the error should have been noticeable to the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the purchased products are legal and can be imported into the destination country. The seller bears no responsibility if the purchased products do not reach the customer due to restrictions or prohibitions.

  1. Pricing

The prices displayed on the website do not include tariffs, duties, taxes, VAT, or any other applicable fees. The products will be sold at the price valid at the time of the order, regardless of any subsequent price changes. If there is a clear pricing error, the seller may invoke the error as a reason for cancellation, particularly if the mistake should have been apparent to the customer.

  1. Shipping

The seller endeavors to ship products within 2 business days. If the shipment of an order is delayed for more than 7 days, the seller will make efforts to notify the customer. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to a product during the return shipment to the seller. This includes shipments that are refused or not collected by the customer. When returning goods to the seller, the customer must retain and provide all necessary documents, such as dispatch notes. All items within an order will be shipped together. The delayed availability of one item does not obligate the seller to ship other items separately. The customer is responsible for paying any tariffs, duties, taxes, VAT, or other charges that may arise when importing the ordered products into their country.

  1. Payment

Payments must be made using the payment options specified on the payment methods page.

  1. Returns & Refunds

The customer has the right to return the entire order or parts of it within 30 days of receiving it. Prior approval from the seller is required for all returns. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been shipped and assigned a tracking code. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an order to the seller. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in a resalable condition, including its original packaging and manual. The customer has the right to test and inspect the product as they would in a physical store but must not use the product without forfeiting the right to return it. Opened sealed products, used items, collectible items, surprise bags, and subscriptions cannot be returned. If the seller, as an exception, accepts the return of a used or incomplete item, a handling cost of at least 25% of the item's price will be charged. All returns must be securely packaged in their original packaging. A copy of the receipt and a description of the reason for return (if the product is defective) must be included. The seller will not accept unpaid shipments or shipments sent via Cash-on-Delivery or any other method apart from Postal Service.

  1. Warranty

Warranty information is typically indicated on the product's information page. If not specified, the product warranty is valid for 6 months (for electronics and other items with warranties). Repairing or altering a product under warranty does not extend the original warranty period. The warranty is contingent.
